My desire is to create an intentional space where we can hear from our hearts. What has your  said to you. I've been through a few things, so I know a thing or two, perhaps even three or four. 

This is what certifies me to host this show, I took some hard blows yet still, I rise! I'm here to share my heart with you, on how I overcome, by gifting you with tools through healthy and strong content you can repurpose.Life can at times get messy and scary, I would love it if our hearts could talk.
