About
Sierra M. Clark
Sierra M. Clark a Florida native although, only second generation to St. Petersburg by her Hunduron Grandfather. She enjoys the outdoors especially beach sand between her toes and naps under random trees. As a child, she remembers neighborhood games of kickball, trips to the Candy Lady, having to be in the house before the street lights came on, and the joy anchored in the security of community. Sierra has the gift of being someone people can talk to as far back as she can remember. Is it her laughter that’s calming and explosive, or perhaps it’s her magnetic personality that draws you in like your favorite movie? Could it be her illuminating smile that feels like sunshine or the warmth of her soul that comforts you like a slice of grandma’s pie? Sierra has been the voice of reasoning for many, and it seems even at a young age people valued her (advice) two cents. In 44 years she’s never met a stranger. Yep, she’s the person random people find comfort in talking to in the line at the grocery store, simultaneously she's a refuge and safe enviormenet, She's a Light House, an present help in the time of trouble.
Have You Encountered Her?
Sierra takes the saying “put yourself, in my shoes” literally. Sierra finds joy in doing unto others, as she would do unto herself. There is no question why she’s embodys the spirit of community around her city, She's mentored at a few local high schools and elementary schools. Whether it’s a community event, a room of 500+ individuals, a corporate team building work/play shop, a private consultation, a more intimate experience in a local park with a small group of people, or an online webinars.
When doing anything her desire is to connect with the hearts of those she encounters. Her delivery is intentional and from the heart as if those were her shoes, the individual are not comfortable in, or as if she was sitting in the audience and needed a present help in time of trouble.
Comminity Business
I didn't spell it wrong.... I'm aware that to have UNITY in the community it starts with me. So I intentionally spell it this way, because it's a reminder for myself. I must be the change I want to see, I must say something if I see something, and I must see the part I play in making my community streets safe. For me, the I comes before the U- unity.
