The P3 Framework

This is a self-recovery model.

A heart-first model.

A community-supported healing model.

Sierra remembers the moment as clearly as if she had been guided there on purpose. It was the day after one of her therapy sessions — one of those deep sessions where she was finally walking through the truth of her divorce, the verbal abuse, the loss, and the healing she knew she deserved.

Without planning it, she found herself in Gulfport — the very community she and her friends would catch bus 23 to or (walk) use tom & jerry.

A place she used to visit as a little girl, back when life felt lighter, less crowded, and filled with a kind of magic she didn’t have to search for.

On that particular day, the seniors were out, gathered together at pavilion 1— singing, laughing, and doing karaoke with a freedom that felt contagious. They seemed to have nothing to prove and everything to live for.

She didn’t understand it in that exact moment, but she knows it as the truth now:

Music, movement, and community hold a healing power that therapy alone cannot reach.

They remind you of who you are.

They soften what pain tries to harden.

They reconnect you to joy after trauma tries to disconnect you from yourself.

Standing there in the same community that raised her, surrounded by voices, rhythm, and joy, Sierra found something she didn’t even realize she was missing —

a piece of herself returning home.

.

That moment became a turning point for her — a reminder that healing doesn’t always happen in silence. Sometimes it happens in the middle of a song, surrounded by people who don’t even know they’re helping you heal.

The value Sierra brings to the community has been tested by her lived experience and proven by her actions.

The 3P Recovery Framework.

For healing after divorce, verbal abuse, and emotional wounding.

Patience – Honor your timing and emotions.

Persistence – Keep showing up for your inner work.

Progress – Celebrate every shift, no matter how small.

This is for anyone who’s done some work, stepped out of the storm, and is ready to reclaim themselves piece by piece.

It’s a self-recovery journey — supported by community, grounded in truth, and powered by heart.

Sierra’s story reflects not only where she comes from, but the value she brings to every space she touches. The healing she experienced through community, music, movement, and authentic connection is the same healing she now pours back into her programs, her facilitation, and her work through It’s A Heart Thang.

She doesn’t teach from theory —

she teaches from lived experience transformed into wisdom.
