šŸŽā€™s That Mean A Little More

ā€œThrough the Tearsā€ — My Gift of Growth

Last year, I gave myself a birthday gift that couldn’t be wrapped — time to heal, reflect, and bloom.

Instead of the usual parties or noise, I chose presence. I created the Through the Tears Reflection Series — a 7-day journey that invited me (and others) to see tears not as weakness, but as water for the soul.

Each day revealed something new:

šŸ’§ Nourishment – Tears water what still needs to grow.

šŸ’§ Strength – Every tear reveals resilience within.

šŸ’§ Cleansing – They wash away what no longer serves.

šŸ’§ Breakthrough – They accompany transformation’s edge.

šŸ’§ Connection – They remind us we are never alone.

šŸ’§ Healing – They soothe what words cannot reach.

šŸ’§ Growth – From every tear, new life emerges.

That week became a sacred mirror — showing me that pain can be purposeful and every tear carries wisdom.

My gift to myself was permission — to feel, to release, to grow.

My gift to others was an invitation — to see that our tears connect us more deeply than our smiles ever could.

🚨 This experience changed how I celebrate life.

It taught me that growth doesn’t always come with candles or applause — sometimes, it comes quietly, through the tears.

🚨 This year, I’m expanding that reflection into something even more transformative — an offering to help others step into their own season of renewal. (Details coming soon…)
