āThrough the Tearsā ā My Gift of Growth
Last year, I gave myself a birthday gift that couldnāt be wrapped ā time to heal, reflect, and bloom.
Instead of the usual parties or noise, I chose presence. I created the Through the Tears Reflection Series ā a 7-day journey that invited me (and others) to see tears not as weakness, but as water for the soul.
Each day revealed something new:
š§ Nourishment ā Tears water what still needs to grow.
š§ Strength ā Every tear reveals resilience within.
š§ Cleansing ā They wash away what no longer serves.
š§ Breakthrough ā They accompany transformationās edge.
š§ Connection ā They remind us we are never alone.
š§ Healing ā They soothe what words cannot reach.
š§ Growth ā From every tear, new life emerges.
That week became a sacred mirror ā showing me that pain can be purposeful and every tear carries wisdom.
My gift to myself was permission ā to feel, to release, to grow.
My gift to others was an invitation ā to see that our tears connect us more deeply than our smiles ever could.
šØ This experience changed how I celebrate life.
It taught me that growth doesnāt always come with candles or applause ā sometimes, it comes quietly, through the tears.
šØ This year, Iām expanding that reflection into something even more transformative ā an offering to help others step into their own season of renewal. (Details coming soonā¦)
